Geoff Tyson produced, engineered, and mixed music and video content for Reprise Records, Hollywood Records, The Lab/Universal Music, Hollywood Pictures, Walt Disney and Touchstone Pictures.  Worked with internationally released recording artists Lisa Marie Presley, Gilby Clarke (Guns and Roses), Stevie Nicks, Smashmouth, Orgy, Snake River Conspiracy, Melman, Earshot, Scissors For Lefty, T-Ride, Bobby Lyle, and Stimulator. Worked extensively as a ProTools Engineer for Mike Shipley, Jason Corsaro, Eric Valentine, David Kahne and many other acclaimed record producers.

In the 1990's Geoff Tyson played guitar for cult-rockers T-Ride, whose debut album shared the same title. He was a student of Joe Satriani, and one of two students Satriani has said 'graduated' from his lessons (the other being Steve Vai). Songs from the album were used in various motion pictures and television shows including Luxury Cruiser in the soundtrack of 1992's Encino Man, Zombies from Hell in the movie Captain Ron and Bone Down in an episode of Baywatch, Forbidden Paradise. T-Ride toured the world supporting Ugly Kidd Joe, Joe Satriani, White Zombie, Tora Tora and Asphalt Ballet. And was featured in hundreds of music and lifestyle magazines all over the world.

Tyson went on to perform and record with Snake River Conspiracy (Reprise 1999) and toured supporting Filter, Monster Magnet, Queens Of The Stone Age and A Perfect Circle. Songs were featured in the film Valentine and the band did numerous TV show appearances including Charmed and The Real World. In 2003, Tyson created the band Stimulator with singer Susan Hyatt. Stimulator had songs featured in the Walt Disney Movie "Ella Enchanted", MTV's The Real World, 90210, countless tv commercials and the E! Network. Stimulator toured the world supporting Duran Duran, The Go-Go's and were featured performers on the Van's Warped Tour. Tyson continues to write and record music for video games, TV commercials and films and is one of the featured guitarists in the version of "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" in one of the top-selling video games of all time, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. He continues in various project collaborations with Universal Music/The Lab, Hollywood Records, Walt Disney, Bill Graham Management, and Reprise/Warner Brothers Music Tyson currently lives in Prague, Czech Republic where the Geoff Tyson Band has been playing festivals all over Europe.
